Rees Lake is 100% privately owned by the 20 surounding properties. There is no public access and each resident is entitled to enjoy the entire lake as if it is "individually" owned. The island is private, however. The lake is approximately 25 acres with about 1 mile of shoreline. Lake depth varies seasonally with low water in mid-Aall and high water at the end of Spring.
